TORQUE PLATE HONING, PLATEAU HONING

Torque plate honing simulates real-world engine stress for optimal bore geometry. Plateau honing creates a smooth finish for better oil retention and piston sealing.

DECK FACE MACHINING

Our deck face machining service ensures a perfectly flat surface for your engine block. This enhances head gasket sealing, and prevents leaks.

LINE HONING MAIN TUNNEL

Our line honing services restore proper alignment to the main bearing tunnel, reducing friction and extending engine life.

FIRE HOOPS, O-RINGING

Fire hoops improve gasket sealing in high-performance applications. We also replace cam bearings to ensure smooth camshaft operation and engine longevity.
